The Transformation

I woke up today and read my blog. And I thought how depressing do I sound? And how dull must I come across to my readers? so I decide to do something about it. I'm going to transform myself. I'm no longer the Muscler, i'm going to be the SuperMuscler. I won't walk, i'll fly. People will see me and run...ok maybe not to this extent. I don't want everyone afraid of me, but you get my drift.

So i'm looking at each of the superheroes in this world and decide i'd like to take the best powers of each and use these to mould the SuperMuscler. These powers combined will make a great being and that superbeing will be me.


so what powers do I want?

1. To be able to fly
2. To be able to crush someone with my fists
3. To blow people's breath away with my appearance
4. To save helpless people

Any other powers I should have?

so what will my outfit look like?

Well i've started on the design of the outfit, but it needs work, but let me know what you think in the meantime!

Meet the SuperMuscler




So what am I doing to become this superhero?


1. Enforce my new diet (see this further down in this blog post)
2. Go shopping for my new costume- if i'm going to be a superhero I need to look like one - ok i'm not going to go buy lycra pants but I can make more of an effort with my appearance- this calls for a shopping trip abroad
3. Train like crazy- spend hours on end in the gym

So the superheroes i'd like to have a piece of are as follows:

1. Spiderman
2. Superman
3. Batman
4. The Incredible Hulk
5. Ironman
6. Captain America

Others are also being considered however these are currently the top 6! Who's your favourite?

The Superhero Diet

1st meal 2 x weetabix or shredded wheat with skimmed milk, 1 x glass of fruit juice

2nd meal 4-6 x egg whites 1-2 x egg yolks 2 x whole meal toast (low fat spread)

3rd meal 2 boiled, grilled or steamed chicken breasts (without skin) with 1 x cup of boiled brown rice and 1 x cup mixed vegetables.

4th meal 1 x tin of tuna (in low salt water)/ grilled steak, 1 x medium baked potato low fat spread

5th meal 2 x weetabix or shredded wheat with skimmed milk


Diet tips

* During the day drink as much water as possible.
* Reduce all salts , sugars and fats
* Once a week have a cheat day where you replace 3 of the meals with anything
* Have a meal every 3hours , if using spreads make sure low fat
* Take a strong multivitamin
* Consume 2 protein shakes a day (mixed with water)


Tip of the day: You don't need to be a superhero to fly..but it helps!

You need to put the super-muscler idea forward to some film companies or release your own comments!I'd like the outfit to be sluttier though
